Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 6 medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 30 grams almond butter
  • 360 grams oats or quinoa flakes
  • 30 grams Hemp Seeds

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

    Place all ingredients into TM bowl except for the Oates and puree 6 seconds speed 6.

     

    Add oats and mix 5 seconds Counter-clockwise operation speed 1.

    Spread mixture evenly onto a baking tray covered in baking paper. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
