THERMOMIX ® RECIPE
- 5 portion ripe bananas
- 25 g Maple syrup
- 100 g coconut oil
- 2 heaped tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
- 100 g coconut milk
- 1 tsp bicarb soda
- 1.5 tsp Gluten Free Baking Powder
- .25 tsp salt
- 250 g buckwheat flour

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Recipe is created for
- Preheat oven to 180degree C.
Using silicone muffin pans or Grease muffin tins with coconut oil
Add coconut oil to bowl. Melt for 2 minutes 100 deg "Gentle stir setting" .
Add bananas. Mix for 10 seconds speed 4.
Scrape bowl and add remaining ingredients mix for 20 deveined speed 4, scrape bowl & repeat in 10 second segments until thoroughly mixed
Pour into greased muffin tins and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown and muffins spring back to the touch.
Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
add honey, maple syrup, rice malt syrup to taste if a deeeter taste is desired. These were designed to be minimal added sweetness and suitable for young children.
