Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 160C fan forced, and line a 12 hole muffin pan with papers.
- Into a clean, dry bowl, add almonds, cocoa, sugar and baking powder.
- Mill for 20secs/speed 10 with MC in place.
- Add butter and eggs.
- Mix for 20secs/speed 4 with MC in.
- Scrape down sides, add white choc bits and mix for a further 30secs/speed 4 in.
- Divide mixture into the muffin pans (it might be too thick to pour) and press raspberries into the top of each cupcake.
- Bake for 25 mins at 160C fan forced.
