      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.       If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 160C fan forced, and line a 12 hole muffin pan with papers.
  2. Into a clean, dry bowl, add almonds, cocoa, sugar and baking powder.
  3. Mill for 20secs/speed 10 with MC in place.
  4. Add butter and eggs.
  5. Mix for 20secs/speed 4 with MC in.
  6. Scrape down sides, add white choc bits and mix for a further 30secs/speed 4 in.
  7. Divide mixture into the muffin pans (it might be too thick to pour) and press raspberries into the top of each cupcake.
  8. Bake for 25 mins at 160C fan forced.

Make sure the sugar substitute you use is one that is to be used as a 1 to 1 to real sugar.
