    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Candy Cane Chocolate
  1. 1. Snap candy canes in half and add to bowl. Turbo 3-4 times until they are sufficiently crushed

  2. Melt chocolate 8mins/50 degrees/Sp 2. Add essence in the last 20seconds to combine.

  3. Spread chocolate onto a large baking tray lined with non stick paper. Sprinkle candy cane mix over the top and press down lightly.

  4. Fridge until set. When set, snap into bite size pieces.
