Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
1. Snap candy canes in half and add to bowl. Turbo 3-4 times until they are sufficiently crushed
Melt chocolate 8mins/50 degrees/Sp 2. Add essence in the last 20seconds to combine.
Spread chocolate onto a large baking tray lined with non stick paper. Sprinkle candy cane mix over the top and press down lightly.
Fridge until set. When set, snap into bite size pieces.
