Ingredients

  • 250 grams Butter, chopped
  • 200 grams white chocolate, buttons or melts
  • 180 grams brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 180 grams plain flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 330 grams raspberies, fresh or frozen

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Place white choc into TM bowl and chop 3 sec, sp 6.

  3. Add butter and melt 2 min, 50 degrees, sp 4.

  4. Add brown sugar and eggs.   Mix 5 sec, sp 4.

  5. Add flour and baking powder and mix 5 sec, sp 4.

  6. Pour into a greased lamington tin and sprinkle with raspberries

  7. Cook for approx 50 mins

Tip

Do not overcook otherwise it will dry out and be more cake like!
