The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- place 250g biscuits into the TM bowl, crush 8 Second speed 8 and set aside.
Melt 395g sweetened condensed milk, 100g butter and 180g chocolate in the TM bowl 4 minutes speed 2 60 degrees.
Add 75g coconut and the biscuits back into the TM bowl, mix speed 5 "Counter-clockwise operation" 10 seconds.
scrape down the bowl and repeat if needed.
Spread the mixture onto a lined tray and press down firmly.
Clean and dry TM bowl,
Melt 200g chocolate, 10g oil in TM bowl speed 2 for 3 minutes 50 degrees. Spread evenly over the slice and refridgerate.
