- 100 grams cashew nuts, Unsalted
- 100 grams raw sugar
- 150 grams plain flour
- 130 grams Butter, Unsalted & Softened
- 2 tsp Vaniila Extract
- 50 grams Coconut

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees, line a tray with baking paper or spray.
Place cashews and sugar in bowl and mill 10 sec/ / speed 9
Add coconut, plain flour, butter and vanilla into bowl with milled cashews and sugar and combine all ingredients on 1 minute / locked lid / knead
Remove mixture from bowl, roll into balls and place on baking tray, press down gently with a fork.
Bake 20 minutes, until golden brown, remove from oven and wait 5 / 10 minutes to cool slightly, transfer onto a rack to finishing cooling.

Thanks for this receipe. I swaped raw sugar for coconut sugar. Plain flour for spelt and also added a tablespoon of cocao to make the chocolate. They are yummy! My kids new lunch box treat
