      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Pastry
  1. I used a gluten free pastry:

    //www.recipecommunity.com.au/baking-sweet-recipes/gluten-free-sweet-pastry/282007

    You can use your own favourite puff or flaky pastry recipe if you wish, or just use a store bought pastry, and defrost beforehand.

    Preheat oven to 200C.

    Line trays with baking paper.

  2. Cherry Ripe
  3. Grate chocolate 8 secs spd 8 MC on

    Combine all ingredients and turbo 1 second twice. MC on

    Mix 30 seconds spd 3 Counter-clockwise operation. MC on

    Roll dough into a thin pastry and cut approx 10cm wide x 25cm, or to fit tray.

    Form cherry mixture into long sausage shapes to fit pastry. I used a Tupperware snack press, which forms perfect log shapes.

    Fold pastry over the cherry mix, pinching the pastry together to enclose it completely. Cut into sering size portions.

    Brush with milk, and bake for 20-25 minutes until pastry is golden.

Tip

This mixture also works well with the Thermomix snack bar moulds.

1 batch makes about 8 bars.
