      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1.  Add sugars, butter, cream cheese and vanilla to bowl.  Mix 30secs/sp5

  2. 2.  While blades are turning Sp4 add eggs one at a time until combined

  3. 3.  Add flour, baking soda and salt, mix 30secs/sp4

  4. 4.  Add chocolate chips and combine 20secs/sp4Counter-clockwise operation

  5. 5.  Roll teaspoonfuls of dough in small balls and then flatten on trays, leaving room as they spread

     

  6. 6.  Bake at 180 deg in oven for 10-12 minutes 

  7. 7.  Remove from oven and leave on trays to set (approx 1o mins)t, then move cookies to cooling racks.  Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
