For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 150 DEGREES
• ADD ALL DRY INGREDIENTS TO THE THERMOMIX BOWL 5 SEC SPEED 5
• TRANSFER TO A BOWL AND SET ASIDE
• IN A CLEAN THERMOMIX BOWL INSERT BUTTERFLY WHISK
• ADD EGG WHITE 60 SEC SPEED 4
• REMOVE BUTTERFLY WHISK & ADD DRY MIX TO THE THERMOMIX BOWL
• 15 SEC REVERSE SPEED 3 TO COMBINE MIXTURE
• TRANSFER TO MOULDS OR TRAY AND BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES
