Ingredients

  • 220 grams Canned Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 5 grams Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 80 grams Natural Peanut Butter
  • 80 grams honey or rice syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 90 grams Chocolate / Carob Chips

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre-heat Oven to 175 degrees


    Combine all ingrediants except for choc chips - Combine Speed 5 for 5 seconds or until smooth consistancy


    Add Chocolate Chips - Combine Speed 5 for 5 seconds


    Wet Hands, make balls with Cookie Dough and add to Baking Tray with Baking Paper (Dough will be very sticky)


    Bake in Oven for 12-15 minutes


    Please note that the Cookies will not rise very much and will have a soft texture
