- 1 --- MC Desiccated Coconut
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 --- MC Rolled Oats
- 3 level tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 level teaspoon baking powder
- 1 --- MC Dark Choc Chips
- 100 grams wholemeal plain flour
- 70 grams coconut milk
- 50 grams oil
- 50 gram coconut oil
- 1 --- egg
- 1/2 level teaspoon vanilla extract

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Chop Almonds - Speed 6, 5 Seconds.
Add Sugar, Flour, Baking Powder & Chia seeds, mix - Speed 3, 5 seconds.
Add Rolled Oats & Chocolate Chips, mix - Speed 3, 4 Seconds.
Add in remaining Ingredients. Mix Speed 3, 10 Seconds.
Add mixture To tray and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Remove from tray, and cut to preffered size.
I drizzled with a chocolate mix - 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted with 2 tsp Cacao powder.
Pre-heat oven to 180°, lightly grease tray and line with baking Paper. Tray size Approx 18cmX30cm
Accessories you need
You can swap Oil to any preffered Oil - Canola, Vegetable, Melted butter etc.
You can also use Full cream milk, soy, dairy free etc.
