Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation
Turn oven to 180 degrees and line 2 or 3 baking trays.
Add soft butter pieces, icing sugar and condensed milk. Replace lid. Mix for 2 mins/speed 2.5 until smooth and pale in colour.
Add 1 cup flour. Replace lid. Mix 30sec/speed 3. Remove lid. Add the rest of the flour. Replace lid. Mix 30sec/speed 3 or until combined.
Then add in choc bits. Replace lid. Mix 30sec/speed 3
or until combined.
Spoon onto lined baking tray in small heaps. Allow room between each heap for them to expand. Bake for 15mins or until golden brown. Place on wire rack to cool.
