Cupcakes
- 60 g Dark eating chocolate
- 150 g water
- 90 g Butter (Softened)
- 220 g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g Self Raising Flour
- 30 g cocoa
- 40 g almond meal
Chocolate ganache
- 100 g milk eating chocolate
- 60 g cream
Recipe's preparation
1. Put chocolate and water in TM bowl and melt for 2 min, 50 degrees at speed 2. Transfer to seperate bowl.
2. Add butter, sugar and eggs to TM bowl and mix at speed 4, 1 min.
3. Add remaining ingredients to TM bowl and mix for 10 seconds, speed 5.
4. Pour mixture into paper muffin cases. Bake for 25 min at 150 (fan forced oven).
1. Put chocolate and cream in TM bowl. Melt for 2min , 50 degrees at speed 2.
2. Allow ganache to cool until spreadable.

Tip
I sometimes add a rolo into the mixture prior to baking to make a Chocolate Fudge Mud Cupcake.

Absolutely beautiful! I made double recipe which was about 30. I love that you can pour the mixture into the patty pans so easily. The ganache was lovely but stays quite soft so will probably just do normal chocolate icing next time.
