Ingredients

Cinnamon crumble cake: base

  • 1 x 600ml bottle cream, not fat reduced
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 g caster sugar
  • 340 g self-raising flour
  • dash vanilla extract

Crumble top

  • 120 g Butter, Cold, cubed
  • 120 g sugar
  • 140 g plain flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    How to:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

    Grease and line a 23cm springform pan.

    Insert butterfly into the Closed lid and add the cream, eggs and vanilla.

    Beat 3mins /sp3.5

    Remove the butterfly.

    Add the sugar and flour, 1min/ sp 4.

    Spread into the prepared pan, sprinkle evenly with the crumble.

    Bake for 1 hour, or until cooked when tested.

    Cool in pan for 10 mins before unmolding and cooling on a wire rack.
