170g unsalted butter

  • 170 grams Butter, Unsalted
  • 200 grams caster sugar
  • 250 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 100 MilIilitres milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Coccoa, For choclate cake/cupcakes only
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Cream both your butter and sugar on speed 6 for 1 minute.

  2. 2. Add vanilla,baking powder and cocoa for choclate flavor mix on speed 5 for 20 seconds

  3. 3. Add the reminding ingredients and mix for 1 minute on speed 6. If you haven't achieved your desired consistency mix some more.

  4. 4. Bake for 13-17 minutes or until springy on top or a skewer inserted comes out clean. If making a large cake bake for 37- 42 minutes then test with a skewer. Happy baking
