Recipe's preparation
Combine water, sugar, cocoa, butter and bicarb soda in Thermomix jug and cook 3 min/80 degrees/ speed 2.
Cool for approx 15 minutes then add eggs. Mix 4 sec/speed 4.Add SR flour and mix for 5 sec/speed 3.
Bake 20cm lined cake pan on 170 degrees for 40 mins or in muffin cases for about 15 minutesIcing
Chop 200gr dark chocolate on speed 7 for 10 seconds. Add 150gr cream and cook for 2 minutes, speed 2 at 50 degrees.
