Recipe's preparation

    Crio Bru Bliss Balls
  1. Blitz the almonds in food processor on high speed 1 minute or until resembles fine breadcrumbs. Remove and place in a bowl.Add crio bru to food processor and blitz on high speed for 1 minute or til resembles fine crumbs.Add remaining ingredients and process 1-2 minutes or until well combined and a texture you are happy with.  You may need to scrape down the sides once or twice during this last process. Roll into balls. You can coat these in cacao or dessicated/shredded coconut if desired.  I just left mine plain.
