      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place biscuits in bowl and mix for 4 seconds on speed 7. Set aside.

    Add butter to bowl, mix speed 4, for 2 minutes at varoma temp.

    Add marshmallows and cook for a further 2 minutes on 100 degrees, speed 4.

    Add eggs, sugar qnd cocoa. Mix speed 5 for 20 seconds.

    Pour into lined slice tray and top with sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

    There seems to be a step missing from the recipe where you add the biscuits back in. We added them to the butter/marshmallow/egg mix. Hopefully it works.

    I've been making this without the marshmallows and found it to set fine... only just discovered marshmallows have been added. Will defo be trying this 'new' recipe. BTW the kids LOVE them tmrc_emoticons.)
