      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1, Preheat oven at 175°C.

    2, Put all ingredient into tm bowl 15 sec sp 5

    3, Spread evenly in a 9x13 inch baking pan.

    4, Bake 25-30 mins at preheated oven at 160°C, until the top is no longer shiny. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

    Great Brownie slice, I reduced sugar to 200g. Will definitely make again, especially for my vegan sister & will add walnuts as I love them in my brownies!
