Recipe's preparation

    Recipe
  1. Cream butter and sugar on Speed 5 for 30 seconds

  2. Add egg, flours, bicarb, baking powder and milo Mix on Speed 5 until combined - 20 seconds approx

  3. Shape heaped tsp scoops into biscuits and put on tray.   Bake in 180 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven and let cool  Makes approx 24 biscuits

  5. Tip
  6. At the 5 min mark of cooking I like to squash the cookies down with a fork.  This makes them spread more and the cookies are nice and crunchy...

  • These cookies were very easy

These cookies were very easy and very yummy! I made 2 batches!  They do spread alot so leave plenty of room between dough balls and make them small.  Remember to make the rice flour first and set aside.
