Loaf
- 230 gram Self Raising Flour
- 100 gram Butter
- 100 gram brown sugar
- 100 gram mixed peel
- 50 gram choc chips
- 2 --- eggs
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 3 --- ripe bananas, peeled
Recipe's preparation
Pre-heat oven 180 degrees C
Spray loaf tin, and line it with baking paper
Into bowl, 230gm flour and 100 gm butter, 2 min / /
add 100 gram brown sugar, 100 gram mixed peel, 50 gram choc chip, speed 5 for 10 sec
add 2 eggs, 2 Tablespoon (50 grams) honey, speed 5 / 3 sec
Add peeled bananas, breaking each one into 4 chunks each, speed 6, 10-15 sec till just combined
BAKE in loaf tin for 55-60 min depending on your oven.
Can convert to muffins, makes 16 medium muffins, bake in 180 degrees C for 25-30 mins.
Can FREEZE.

Tip
Like all cake and muffin mixes, don't over beat.
Make sure your bowl is clean and dry before using.
To assist in getting all the mix out of the bowl, put back onto base, lid and MC on, speed 8 for 5 sec, "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 8 for 5 sec. Easy to scrape the remaining mix out of bowl.
For a quick wash up, place warm water just over the blades, put back onto base, lid and MC on, speed 8 for 5 sec, "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 8 for 5 sec.
