  • 50 grams Glacé ginger
  • 100 grams Butter, Melted
  • 200 grams condensed milk
  • 395 gram dark chocolate

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place biscuits and glacé ginger in bowl, blitz on Speed 5 until a fine consistency

    Add butter and condensed milk and mix on Speed 2 until combined

    Press firmly into a lined slice tin

    Wash and dry bowl thoroughly

    Melt chocolate and oil together 90°c, Speed 3 for approximately 2 minutes or until smooth. Poor over slice and let dry in fridge

    When set cut into thin fingers or however you wish
