Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line tray with baking paper
Cream butter and sugar, Speed 4 20 Seconds
Add syrup, flour, ginger, bicarb and milk, mix at Speed 4, 30 seconds
Roll mixture into balls and then roll in extra sugar, place evenly spread on baking tray and bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
I like my ginger biscuits quite gingery, so adjust to your personal taste.
Allow to cool completely on wire rack before transferring to container.

Great little biscuit, quick and easy to make. Next time I would add more ginger, I love ginger!. I didnt roll in extra sugar I just rolled them, flattened with fork and added a slight sprinkle of sugar.
