Hi there. I am so excited to make these. This may be a silly question but what brand chocolate did you use? Does it have to be cooking chocolate or any bar of chocolate? (I never make chocolate stuff)

These were delicious. I will reduce the sugar next time as they were very sweet. They didn't crack much after the 20 minutes but i didn't want to leave them in longer in case i ruined them. Hoping if i leave them in longer next time they might go a bit crunchy on the outside.

This is a fabulous recipe. I actually reduced the sugar to 90g which didn't hurt the flavour at all and then I added left over walnuts and some pistatios to. My gosh they just disappeared. I have to make more for those who never got to try them. My gluten free girlfriend was blown away by them. Thank you for this recipe.
