- 10 grams Linseeds
- 50 grams walnuts
- 45 grams pitted dates
- 150 grams rolled oats (wholemeal)
- 190 grams multigrain flour
- 1 egg
- 1 banana
- 100 grams water
- 1/2 level tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 level tbsp olive oil
- 30 grams dried cranberries
- 100 grams dark choc chips
- 1 level tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 level tsp salt
- 1 level tsp baking soda

Recipe's preparation
- Mill linseeds speed 9 for 10 secs and set aside.
Chop walnuts speed 4 for 3 secs.
Add linseed and all other ingredients. Mix "Counter-clockwise operation" on speed 4 for 20 secs until well mixed.
Turn on oven to 180 deg.
Place large tablespoon scoops of dough on baking sheets and roll into balls. They won't spread so they may be placed close together.
Use wetted fork to press balls down to no thicker than 1 cm.
Bake in moderate over for 20 mins (fan forced) 30 mins non-fan-forced.

Tip
This recipe has no sugar (they are healthy!) and rely on the subtle sweetness of the banana, dates, cranberries and choc chips. We think that's perfect, but if sweeter biscuits are required, add 2 tablespoons of zylitol (or raw or brown sugar)
