      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Grease and line a 20cm round tin or a loaf tin

  3. if using raw sugar, mill first 3 seconds/speed 10

  4. add all ingredients to jug and mix 2 minutes/speed 5

  5. scrape down sides of jug, then mix for a further 3 minutes/speed 5 

  6. bake for 60 minutes at 180 degrees
