- 300 g Self Raising Flour
- 420 g sugar
- 60 g custard powder
- 250 g Milk
- 250 g Butter
- 4 eggs

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Grease and line a 20cm round tin or a loaf tin
if using raw sugar, mill first 3 seconds/speed 10
add all ingredients to jug and mix 2 minutes/speed 5
scrape down sides of jug, then mix for a further 3 minutes/speed 5
bake for 60 minutes at 180 degrees
