  • 150 grams Almonds, whole
  • 150 grams Protein Powder
  • 100 grams Dried Dates
  • 100 grams dried figs
  • 20 grams cocoa powder
  • 5 grams ground cinnamon
  • 20 white chia seeds
  • water, splash, using MC
  • Shredded coconut, for rolling

      TM 5
      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1.  

    1. Place almonds into mixing bowl, blend on speed 6 for 10-20 secs until it has turned into almond meal. Set aside
    2. Place Dates and Figs into mixing bowl and blend for 20 secs.
    3. Add the rest of the ingredients with a splash of water and mix for 2-3 minutes as required.

    4. Roll mixture into 20 balls and roll through shredded coconut and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Tip

Any protein powder is fine to use, just use one that is low in Carbs.
