      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Step 1: Line a baking tin with baking paper
  2. Step 2: add 100g sugar, 100g butter, 1 & 1/2 tbsp honey cook for 4mins, 70 degrees, speed 2
  3. Step 3: add 400g rice bubbles and mix 5secs, speed 4 on reverse
  4. Step 4: scrape down the sides of bowl and mix for a further 3sec, speed 4 on reverse
  5. Step 5: transfer to tin and press slice down with back of a spoon
  6. Step 6: Fridgerate for 2hrs til firm then cut into slices
