Ingredients
Kaak bkhamis (Thursday bread)
- 600 grams Baker's Flour
- 50 grams sesame seeds, Toasted
- 2 level tablespoons Aniseed Seeds, Ground if prefered
- 50 grams nigella seed, (Habet al bareka)
- 2 level tbsp fennel, Ground
- 1/2 tsp Mahlep
- 2 heaped tablespoons milk powder
- 2 heaped tablespoons sugar, Can use more if prefered
- 170 grams Grape seed oil
- 260 gram warm water
- 1.5 heaped tablespoons dried instant yeast
- salt, Sprinkle
- 1/4 tsp tumeric, Optional
Kaak wash
- 100 grams Milk
- 50 grams unsalted butter
- 50 grams pure icing sugar, Can increase if prefered sweeter

Recipe's preparation
- Place all dry ingredients in Bowl, Mix well with a spatula.
- Add oil and water Knead for 5 minutes. Can increase time if needed. Leave in warm place to proof.
- Once doubled in size use the kaak Bkamis press to press dough into shape.
Place on a baking tray and Bake on 180 in fan forced oven till golden. - Clean and dry mixing bowl.
- Add all ingredients and melt on 4 minutes 60 degrees speed 2 ( or until all ingredients combined.
Place in. Bowl dip the Kaak while still hot and place on a cooling rack.

Tip
You can add more sugar is prefer it sweeter. You can add more spices to preferred liking
