      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. pre heat oven to 180
    butter and line a baking Round tin 20cm tin or a loaf pan

    add everything to jug except the lemon thyme mix 1min speed 4, scrape down half way and add thyme
    pour into prepared tin
    cook approximately 40 mins depending on size of tin
  2. Melt sugar with lemon juice I just did in saucepan once cake cooled slightly pour over leave to cool in tin 😊

Tip

the original recipe used lemon verbena but works well without herb ,i have lemon thyme so used that
I HAVE BEEN COOKING in ROUND Tin works well
