Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
I used whole nuts and pooped them in bowl for 5 sec on Speed 7.
If you are making these in summer in NZ or Australia chances are the coconut oil will already be melted and you can miss this step!
If not add coconut oil to your bowl and heat 65 degrees for 11/2 Mins on "Gentle stir setting" .
Add the lemon juice, honey and maple syrup to the bowl. Then add all hte remaining dry ingredients.
Mix together for 10 sec's on speed 5, scrape sides of bowl with your spatular and repeat 10 sec's on speed 5.

Use all maple syrup or all honey.
Change nuts - I often use just almonds.
