- 200g unsalted butter
- 4small oranges
- 80g Demerara sugar
- 200g caster sugar
- 100g Marmalade, I used cumquat jam
- 4lg eggs
- 200g Self Raising Flour
- 50g Almond Flour

Recipe's preparation
- grease base sides 23- 24cm tin loose base,set oven to 180
sliced 2 oranges thinly ,sprinkle Demerara sugar over base and lay orange slices on top slightly over lapping ( I did add some cumquat)
Put butter in jug process 30sec/speed 4 then add butterfly and caster sugar then mix speed 4 for 1-2mins till light and fluffy,remove butterfly add 60g of marmalade and 4 eggs process for further 1 min /speed 4
,weigh in flour almond meal and add zest and juice of last two oranges process 10 secs/speed 4 then stop and I folded through gentle with spatula put on to base in blobs and spread out carefully cook approx 40-50 mins ( I did put tin on tray)
put plate on tin and upturn while still warm and brush with warm marmalade
