  • 170 g sugar raw
  • 170 g margarine
  • 4 egg
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp Almond Flavouring/Extract
  • 80 g self-raising flour
  • 80 g plain flour
  • 55 g almond, raw

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C
    Grease 18cm round cake tin
  2. Grind Almonds - 10 seconds sp 5 Set aside
  3. Weigh in Sugar - mill 10 seconds sp9
    Insert Butterfly
    Add Margerine - 1min 30sec spd 4

    Beat in eggs 1 at a time over 30 seconds sp3
  4. Remove Butterfly Whisk
    Add remanining ingredients and ground almonds - 30 seconds; Counter-clockwise operation; spd 3
  5. Pour into cake tin
    Decorate with slivered almonds (optional)
    Bake 1 hour
