- 125 g Butter, cut into cubes
- 110-220 g sugar
- 30 g golden syrup
- 130 g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 80 g dessicated coconut
- 140 g mixed dried fruit, or 1 cup - bigger pieces roughly chopped
- 75 g Weetbix, or 5 whole weetbix, crushed

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Grease and line a slice tin (approx 23x23cms).
Melt butter, sugar and golden syrup in mixing bowl 2 mins/60 degrees/speed 2. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add all other ingredients.
Mix thoroughly 8 secs/speed 4 on reverse.
Press into slice tin. Bake 20 mins until firm to touch. Cut into bars while still warm. This slice freezes well.
