- 90 grams raw almonds
- 95 grams Bananas (over-ripe are best)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon Baking Soda (10 grams)
- 1&1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon (5 grams)
- 95 grams Coconut Flour
- 50 grams coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (5 grams)
- 170 grams honey

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add almonds to the mixing bowl - Mill for 30 seconds, speed 9
Add peeled over-ripe Bananas to the mixing bowl, mix for 10 seconds, speed 6
Add remaining ingredients and mix for 30 seconds speed 6, scrape down the sides and repeat
Pour mixture into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 1hr-15mins or until cooked
Pre-heat Oven to 180 degress & line a loaf tin
