If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add all dry ingredients to"Closed lid" 10 sec speed 3. Add eggs and coconut oil mix 10sec speed 3. Press into baking dish and bake 20mins 180 degrees.
Top Place coconut oil and sugar in "Closed lid" 5 seconds speed 5. Insert butterfly whisk add maple syrup and salt mix 20sec speed 4. With butterfly rotating speed 4, add eggs one at a time. Remove whisk, scrape down sides. Add pecan and mix 10sec, reverse, speed 1. Poor mixture onto base and bake for 30-35 mins 180 degrees. Filling will set when cools, place in the fridge, then slice and serve.
