      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven 180

     

    add butter sp 5 10secs

     

    add condensed milk sp5 8secs

     

    add flour sp5 8secs

     

    add peanut butter sp5 10secs

     

    roll into balls and place on lined tray 

     

    push finger into middle of ball and place 1/2 tsp of jam into middle 

     

    place in oven 

     

    cook for 15-18mins until golden

     

    allow to cool

Tip

Try using wet hands to roll mixture and to place holes in balls.

for jam not to spread try cooking balls for half the time then adding the jam to the holes
