If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place Pecans in bowl and turbo x 2
Set aside in a seperate bowl
Without cleaning bowl, add butter. Cook 3mins/90deg/sp1
Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix 8secs/sp3
Add reserved pecans and plain flour 20secs/Sp4"Counter-clockwise operation"
Pour mixture into mini muffin tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Transfer onto cooling rack and try to stop at eating only 1!!
