- 45 grams pistachio nuts
- 360 grams almonds
- 200 grams raw sugar
- 200 grams brown sugar
- 120 grams Butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 250 grams Greek yoghurt
Coursely chop pistachio nuts by pressing Turbo 3 times. Set aside
Grind almonds on speed 9 for 4 seconds.
Add sugars, butter and salt and mix on speed 5 for 15 seconds.
Grease and line a 24cm springform tin. Split the mixture in half and press with the back of a spoon into the tin.
To the remaining half of the mixture, add the nutmeg, cinnamon, eggs and yoghurt. Combine on speed 5, reverse for 20 seconds.
Pour batter over the base and sprinkle with the pistachio nuts. Bake in a 170C oven for 40-45 minutes.
