- 250g persimmons, 1/4 and remove stalk

- 100g Butter
- 210g plain flour
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- 1tsp Bi Carb
- 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup dates
- 2 eggs

add persimmons to bowl and chop 5secs speed5
then add eggs,sugar,melted cooled butter and beat 10secs speed 5
add eveything else and blend on speed 4 for approx 5-10 secs till combined dont over beat
add nuts and dates if using and beat 2secs/rev/speed4
pour into lined loaf tin and bake in180 oven for 1hour approx check the centre with pick if comes out clean its ready
this recipe converted fron food website ,its like a banana type loaf.i added dates which are optional.
