Raw Chocolate Truffles

  • 100 grams Peanut Butter
  • 3 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon Cacao
  • pinch vanilla extract or powder
  • pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. combined all ingredients in thermomix. Blend speed 5 for 8 seconds
    2. using a spatula place them into chocolate moulds. (ice cube trays work well if you dont have moulds)
    3. place in freezer until set. Only takes about 20-30minutes
