      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Mix:
  1. 1. Mill your cashews 20 seconds, speed 9

    2. Add all other ingredients.

    3. Mix together 20 seconds, speed 6.

Tip

You can sub out honey for rice malt syrup or other sweetener for vegan, or other dietary needs.

You can also swap your nut butter to your own choice. I like to use the Quirky Cooking recipe for a cashew nut butter which workds well or a sunflower seed for school friendly. If using seeds add in when milling cashews.
