Raw endurance energy bars [6 x 75g]

  • 190 grams medjool dates, pitted
  • 150 grams dried apricots
  • 10 grams Coco powder

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Just four ingredients!
  1. Place the almonds in the bowl and chop 7 seconds/Speed 10 then set aside


  2. Place dates and apricots in the bowl and chop 10 seconds/Speed 5


  3. Add the coco powder to the mixture along with the reserved almonds then mix all the ingredients together 20 seconds/Speed 5


  4. Shape into six bars, wrap each in baking paper then refrigerate until needed
