  • 40 g almonds
  • 20 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 Apple (pink, peeled, cored & quartered)
  • 90 g Almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 60 g coconut oil
  • 160 g spelt flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 60 g Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste or essence
  • 20 g Coconut Sugar (optional or could use brown/raw sugar)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees 

    Line mini muffin tin with cases 

    Place almonds and sunflower seeds into mixing bowl and chop 10s sp 7, set aside 

    Place apple into mixing bowl, chop 5s sp 7

    Add remaining ingredients including reserved  almond mixture. Mix 15 s sp 5 

    Spoon into muffin tin and bake for 15 -20 minutes
