Carrot Bliss Balls

  • 60 grams carrot, 1 medium
  • 65 grams walnuts
  • 8 portions Rice Cake, Plain
  • 155 grams medjool dates, Extra if needed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 150 g chocolate melt, White, milk or dark (GF)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Recipe's preparation

    Bliss Balls
  1. Put all ingredients except the chocolate and coconut oil into the bowl and use turbo mode to blitz ingredients until desired consistency and the mixture comes together, you can add extra dates if you need.
    Clean Bowl.
  2. Roll into balls and freeze for 10-15 minutes until firm.
  3. While freezing
    Break chocolate into pieces 10 sec / speed 9
    Scrape down sides of bowl
  4. Add coconut oil
    5 min / 50 °C / speed 1
    Scrape down sides and repeat if necessary

    Drizzle or dip balls into the chocolate and then refrigerate to set firm. Keep refrigerated.

    (Before washing the bowl you can add milk and heat/blitz to create a hot chocolate and use up the remainder chocolate)
