  • 1/2 unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 cup

  • 2 tsp Vanilla Esscence

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Add all dry ingredients together
  1. Closed lid  add all dry ingredients together and mix for 2min on speed 7

     

  2. Closed lid add all wet ingredients and mix for 1minute on speed 7

  3. empty liquid into a rectangled cake pan and back 180deg for 40-45min.

     

  4. Once cooked let sit in cake tin till cooled. Ice cake with your choice or leave plain....
