Cookie ingredients

  • 70 grams chocolate, I used dark but any would do
  • 120 grams margarine
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 130 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 50 grams rolled oats
  • 50 grams corn flakes
  • 50 grams dessicated cococnut
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 180degrees and prepare baking tray/trays

    Place Chocolate in bowl and blitz 5sec/speed7 and set aside

    Place margarine into bowl and melt 2 min/100d/speed .5 (spoon)

    Add sugar 1min/speed1

    Add egg 10sec/speed4

    Add flour, rolled oats, corn flakes, cinnamon and reserved chocolate 10sec/speed3

    Place spoonfuls on greased baking tray/trays and bake 10-15 min
