Triple Chocolate Brownie

  • 100 g Dark chocolate (70% cocoa), Broken up
  • 100 g white chocolate, Broken Up
  • 100g g Butter, Cubed
  • 190 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 120 g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g cocoa powder, 70% cocoa

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a 22 x 22 cm tin
  2. Add the dark and white chocolate. Chop on Speed 7 for 3 sec.
    Place aside in a small bowl.
  3. Add to mixing bowl 100g butter. 1 min 30, 70 degrees, speed 1 or until melted
  4. Add sugar 5 Sec/ Sp 4 then scrape
    Add eggs & Vanilla 5 sec/ Sp 4 then scrape
  5. Add flour, Baking Powder, Cocoa, and Chopped Chocolate.
    8 sec using dough function

    Scrape out into prepared tin.
    Bake for 17 minutes. Mixture should be starting to look like cake around the edge only, middle will be still gooey. Leave to cool and dust with icing sugar.
