      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 190C. Grease 12 x hole muffin tin.

    2.  Place orange and rice bran oil into mixing bowl and mix 7 sec/speed 8.

    3.  Add remaining ingredients and combine 20 sec/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 4.

    4. Repeat 3. If required

    5.  Pour into 12 x muffin tin and bake for 25 minutes.

Tip

Remove some of the white pith to make the mix less bitter
